Born in Limassol in 1954. She studied painting at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg between the years 1972 to 1976 and in 1997 she earned a Higher Diploma in Education ( postgraduate) for secondary education from the same university. She later earned a masters in painting from the University of South Africa, Pretoria from 1990 to 1996 and was awarded the Robin Aldwinckle Merit Bursary in 1994.
She has exhibited her work in South Africa and Cyprus in both solo and group exhibitions and her work can be found in the Municipal Art Gallery in Cyprus. Focusing mainly on lanscape painting and forms of nature her paintings are ultimately expressive of her attempts to find unity and continuity in a contemporary experience which is characterized by flux and relativity.
